1. Definitions

| Persona | AI-generated influencer character produced by the Platform |
| Identity | Visual and character identity belonging to a Persona |
| Content | All visual and textual materials generated by the Platform |
2. Scope of Services
NextStage provides the following services:
- AI-generated influencer personas and identities
- Content creation and management tools
- Social media account management dashboard
- Monetization infrastructure and integrations
3. Acceptance & Enforcement
- These terms are deemed accepted upon registration on the platform or use of the services
- The Platform reserves the right to update these terms with prior notice
- Continued use of the platform after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms
4. Influencer Manager Responsibilities
The IM accepts the following obligations:
4.1 Account Security
- Responsible for the security of social media accounts
- Shall not share account credentials with third parties
- Shall immediately notify the Platform in case of suspicious activity
4.2 Content Usage
- Uses content provided by the Platform only on approved accounts
- Does not alter content or use it for different purposes without Platform approval
- Respects the copyrights of the content
4.3 Ethical & Legal Compliance
- Acts in compliance with laws and platform rules
- Avoids misleading or spam-like activities
- Avoids behavior that could damage the Platform's reputation
5. Platform Rights & Responsibilities
5.1 Content & Asset Ownership
- All Personas, Identities, and generated content belong to the Platform
- The IM has the right to use these assets only during the partnership period
5.2 Service Continuity
- The Platform endeavors to maintain service quality
- Service interruptions may occur for maintenance and updates
- The Platform is not responsible for interruptions caused by force majeure
5.3 Revenue Sharing
- Revenue sharing is conducted according to the determined rates and conditions
- Payment dates and conditions are specified in the payment process documentation
- The Platform reserves the right to change revenue sharing rates
6. Prohibitions
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

7. Partnership Termination
7.1 Termination by IM
- The IM may terminate the partnership at any time
- The account remains open until earned revenue is settled
- The right to produce new content ends after termination
7.2 Termination by Platform
The Platform may terminate the partnership in the following cases:
- Violation of terms
- 30 days of inactivity
- Ethical violations
- Legal issues
7.3 Post-Termination
- Existing content remains on the IM's account
- No new NextStage content can be produced
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
- The Platform does not guarantee any specific income or success
- Services are provided "as is"
- The Platform is not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms (Instagram, Telegram, etc.)
8.2 Liability Limit
- The Platform's liability is limited to the revenue earned by the IM in the last 30 days
- The Platform is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
9. Dispute Resolution
- The parties shall first attempt an amicable resolution
- If no resolution is reached, the courts of the Republic of Turkey shall have jurisdiction
- These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey
